Delivery Rates

All shipping costs standard rates of £6-95 for Isle of man and U.K. £15 for EU. USA £40 standard rate please email for small orders. £25 rest of world. Rates may have to be revised for multipule purshases.

Guarantee

We guarantee your satisfaction and only supply 'fit for the purpose' products. If anything we deliver is not a 100% match to your expectations please return the goods to us, un-used, for a full refund. All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee.


Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. When you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Your purchase is made in British Pounds Sterling. If your card is in another currency the conversion will be made by your card issuer.

After confirming your order you will receive two emails. One from us confirming receipt of your order request and another from PAYPAL confirming that your card has been authorised. The contract document for your purchase will be the invoice which we provide when your order is dspatched.

In the unlikely event that we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason, we will always contact you first for instruction.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER

Customers from outside the Isle of Man, UK and Channel Islands can only pay by International credit card and must pay in Great Britain Pounds unless otherwise specified. If you are experiencing difficulty please contact us HERE. All other terms and conditions apply.

LAW

These terms and conditions are governed and shall be interpreted in accordance with Isle of Man Law. Any person attempting to make fraudulent credit card transactions will be prosecuted with no exception.

Credit Card Security

For your added security we utilise the services of PAYPAL to manage all our credit and debit card transactions. PAYPAL are a leading Worldwide third-party payment service provider. Your credit card details are always secure and are not shared with us at any time. Once your order is completed your payment details will be given to PAYPAL who then authorise your card. Your card is not debited until we confirm shipment. You will not be charged ahead of dispatch.

Laxey Woollen Mills Ltd. do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than our payment partner PAYPAL.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart.
