Shipping Policy

** Please be aware that shipping times worldwide have been subject to sometimes significant delays in recent months.  We will continue to ship orders as soon as possible, however, once they have been despatched by us the delivery time is beyond our control. **

General Shipping Information

We aim to ship all items within 3 working days of placing the order, unless otherwise stated.  

Any time or date stated for delivery is an estimate only.  If you require an item urgently for a special date or event please contact us and if possible we will try and accommodate your request.  

Isle of Man and UK Shipping, or Island Collection

All UK and international deliveries are sent by Royal Mail.

Local Isle of Man orders may also be collected from the Woollen Mills, Glen Road, Laxey, Isle of Man IM4 7AR during normal opening hours. 

Overseas Shipping

All overseas deliveries are sent by Royal Mail. Customers are responsible for all duties and customs charges.

Shipping to addresses within the following areas usually take approximately (from date of dispatch, and subject to postal delays outside of our control including: customs clearance delays, strikes and natural disasters):-

EU:  5-10 working days from dispatch.

Australia, New Zealand and Oceania:  5-20 working days from dispatch.

North America:  5-15 days from dispatch.

Rest of World:  5-20 working days from dispatch.
